Mine used to run at 55-60*c max. I geared to be the fastest car on the infield , then carried the lead onto the straight.
Works well, as long as you keep it very clean and dont run wide.....

Try bumping up your throttle end point adjustment.......
Could also be your lipo , lowering its internal resistance as it heats up.... Try another pack and see !

It was a lot easier handling the speed with an understeering car this time out. Last run was with a snap oversteering Sakura pre-Christmas. That WAS a handful !!!

A quick tip for you too - Jason REALLY loves it when people yell out " LAPPING !" . Though if you pass him twice, you simply add " AGAIN " to the original call..... Seems to help his aerobatics...

Maybe some more jumps would be good for the offroaders ?? Perhaps smaller than the ones that are already in use ?? I have another couple of ideas to mix it up as well.........
