The best set up is the one that you find that works for you, in the conditions you run on.
Nobody on the internet can answer that for you. They can tell you what they run, but it might not be best for your conditions. I would suggest finding the guys taht run that car at the track you run at and ask them where you should start. Then learn what oil changes do to your car and adjust for your personal preference. It will pay off for you huge in the long run.
