Default New to RC

Hey guys fairly new to the hobby just want to ask should i spend my money on a brand new rc car and build everything from scratch or look for a used car or kit. Budget is 250-350 just want the best bang for my buck. I am interested in the ten scale buggys seems like theres a huge fan base for the tlr 22s and Associated cars.

I would recommend you get the b4.1 rtr and upgrade as you get better. Also, that gives you some extra money because u can sell the stuff that u replace. At least that's wat i did

Unless you are really familiar with the ins and outs of rc's, I would recommend you stick with new to start with. Often the things that look like the best deals are only cheap because something is wrong that isn't obviously apparent.

On that kind of budget, I would also suggest the associated b4.1 RTR and upgrade as you go along. If you had more I would suggest you go with a kit and put your own electronics in, but that costs more (though you get that value in the car, so it isn't wasted if you are a reasonably good driver).

You can do a factory team b4.1 online with coupon for 229 and depending on electronics you get you will be a little over $350. The factory team is a lot better than the rtr kit. And to me the radio you get with it is junk
