Default Racing Pan cars on pavement

I am setting up a pan car to race on pavement can anyone help with tires that would work best ect. thanks

Generally, softer compounds are better on asphalt. I always used either Green or Pink fronts with White or Green compound rears on pavement.

You can also feel free to post pan car questions here as that's a good thread to get answers to these kind of questions.

Depends on the track and the condition of it. If it is a prepared asphalt that has been blown off and soda laid down on it, you may be able to go with a harder compound of foam, howver if it is not prepared you will probably have to go software. At my local track that is an oval asphalt track, I use bsr tires. Some people use purple compound all the way around and others like myself use the following: RF - double purple, LF - purple, RR - purple, LR - double pink.

To clarify, my answer assumed onroad, whereas the above answer is a good one for oval.
