Savox is the best in my opinion but I know alot of people like the high end HiTec servos too. I'd go for the Savox 1258 (I'm running it in my 22 and I love it) or the Savox 1251 which is a super low profile servo for if you want more room to put other electronics near it, but you probably dont have that problem in your XXX. The other difference between the two is that the 1258 has titanium gears and the 1251 has metal gears. Both in the $60 range

hitec 645mg is a great cheap fast servo. metal gears and strong. i run this in alot of my cars and trucks without issue (even used it briefly in my 1/8 scale buggy!)

In a XXX-CR, I'd run a Savox SC-1257TG. The little buggy won't need the 166 oz-in of torque that the 1258 puts out, the 57 is a smidge faster, and doesn't tax the BEC quite as bad. The 1258 can be quite a beast to power without getting brownouts on your receiver unless your ESC has a solid BEC.

SC-1257TG is 139 oz-in at .07 transit.

I've also had good luck with used Airtronics 94357's. They are analog but work well and are 125 oz-in at .07 @ 6v.

Have to say, I'm not a huge fan of Hitec. Granted, I've not tried their high end race servos like the 7640, but the 645 I had was SO slow. .20 transit is slower than a stock Slash VXL servo. It had respectable torque, but was much too slow IMO. The 625 is 94 oz-in @ .15 which is closer. Also, you have to take cost into consideration. The 625 costs HALF as much as a Savox, but the $69 1257 is more than twice as fast and nearly 1/2 again more torque at 138 oz-in and .07

All comes down to your wallet. If money is tight, the 625 would get you by. If 60-70 is in your budget, go with a faster/stronger servo.

Not looking to tick off any of the Hitec fans. I know their high end stuff is fast, strong, and durable. I'm running a 7950 in my rock crawler, and with 486 oz-in of torque, if the truck or the rock won't move, something is going to break.
