Default receiver battery drain / failsafe problem

The failsafe on my 3PK/HRS keeps cutting in on my G4 nitro.I have noticed the receiver pack drains way too fast.Is this a common problem as i have digital servos ? I charge my batts well and nothing is more than 8 weeks old.Battery pack (gp800`s) used to last a 30min final-now lasts 3mins !!Could the high current draw be killing my battery ? HELP ME GUYS !!!

Hi

Digital servo's do use more power than analogue servo's, but they shouldn't dump a reciever pack that quickly. Have you tried a different reciever pack to prove that the pack is not faulty?

Digital servos have a slightly more drain than analog servos. What are you using to charge your RX batt?
