Im new to this im looking for something with 4 wheels that goes fast that i can drive in snow and no snow mud and no mud

I suggest a 1/16 E-Revo VXL. Fits your criteria perfectly, and is relatively inexpensive.

The Traxxas Rustler XL-5 is waterproof you can run in snow, water, or mud or not. its about $175 on rcsuperstore. now comes with battery and charger i told you more detail on the thread under electric offroad.

you know my little cousin came to my home the other day with a little toy RC and man did it bring back great memory from when i was a child, and man did I have FUN with it. so im happy i go this one after all day and night of looking it seemed this was in between low end and high end rc cars and had alot of room to grow

Too small for Wisconsin blizzards yeah

The mini revo isn't that small. The tires are just slightly smaller than 1/10 truggy tires, and you can put 1/10 wheels on it just fine. The 55mm of ground clearance is more than most 1/10 off-road stuff too.

Sure a bigger monster truck would be more suitable to snow and mud, but for a fast one things start getting real expensive.
