swapping rotors in brushless motors

I have a Novak 8.5 with a sintered rotor, and a 13.5 with a bonded rotor. can I swap the rotors and have a sintered 13.5?

yes, I believe you can. But some models have different bearings so I could be wrong.

I opened them up last night and the rotors are different sizes in diamiter, and the bearing on the 8.5 is bigger, oh well. But if I had an SS 13.5 and ss.17.5 would the rotors be the same?

They should be the same for the 13.5 and 17.5.
