Default Motor Brush

What is the motor brush for? Can I use any brand brush for Tamiya motor?

bring it to your lhs and try to compare it to thier brushes.

How long should a motor brush last for? what will happen if I don't change the brush?

Motor brushes should be changed once they are either dis-coloured(gone purplish), chipped or are too short. Basically if your still running your brushes and there about half the length they were when you started useing them, then replace them.

If you race you should change more often than if you bash. If you don't change your brushes when you need to the you might wear a "dead spot on the comm where it won't conduct.
