what is this?

i have a lrp ipc pro sport digital esc and the it has gone wrong. so could someone tell me what it is and what the value of it is
please

That's what it looks like to me too. The printing will tell what it is for sure, and what the value is. Not hard to solder a cap in, but you have to know what you're doing. Why do you think it's the blue thing at fault? Cracked maybe? That'll do it. Anyway, a pic of the printing on it would help a bunch.
