"Physical activity consists of athletic, recreational or occupational activities that require physical skills and utilize strength, power, endurance, speed, flexibility, range of motion or agility."

Baking Cakes: Recreational or occupational, check. Physical Skills (Combining ingredients, mixing, pouring into pan and baking at right temp), check. Strength (Holding mixing bowl and spinning spoon), check. Power (Electricity for oven), check. Endurance (Completing the cake), check. Speed (Spinning spoon), check. Flexibility (Wrist motion), check. Range of motion or agility (Combining wrist motion and speed of spinning spoon all into one) Check.

And we can add art and finesse to this as well, you got the icing to finish it off.

LOL.

Lawn mower racing. Now there's a sport
You got that right my friend! I was just shopping for a John Deere lawn tractor to take care of the lawn I just bought. The dealer was telling my about a track about 20 miles from my home where they race these things! He even showed me the one that dealer races - wing, chrome, tuned pipe and all!

It's easier to cut when it's thawed.

BTW: Just go to the grocery store and get one of the pre-cooked chickens from the bakery and then all you have to do is peel the meat off of it. Makes those enchaladas waaaaay easier to do.

Dude, if you want to make something really good that's really easy, do this:

Take some butter, and some garlic salt, and 3 chicken breast halves

Dice up the chicken breasts, brown them in the butter with a few shakes of garlic salt (if you like a lot of garlic, use a lot, if not so much, use less)

Pick up a Lean Cuisine (no laughing) Garlic chicken stir fry in a bag

Mix in your browned garlic chicken with this stir fry

20 minutes and it's awesome.

Think I need to add Mr. Mom to my sig line now
