Try to go coaxial, they are so much more stable than other styles of heli, also try not to get one with too much power for its weight, I got a brushless walkera 4-3b to start and it ended terribly. Put me off of RC helis. Another thing, If you can't find parts locally or at least in your country/state, don't buy it. Waiting for new parts is an absolute pain in the ass if you're just starting out. When you do decide on one, let someone who is good with RC helis or your LHS trim it for you, it helps so much.
