Hi guys, this issue is driving me insane.
Last week i was racing, came to a stop and the car wouldnt move unless i pushed it to get it going.
First thought was sensor wire.
Changed that, still the same.
Tried 3 different motors, still the same.
Decided it was the speedo which was a hobbywing 2.1 120a, so i ordered a new one, and guess what, still the same!.
What the hell can it be?
Ive re bound the transmitter to the reciever
re calibrated the neutral, full and reverse on the speedo
Factory reset transmitter
Latest firmware on ESC.
Im stumped, surely the reciever wouldnt cause this? Gear is a spectrum dx3c
Basically the issue is the motor runs perfectly fine, but it needs a nudge to get going.
Any ideas?

Surely it can only be the transmitter now.
What's the chances of a second Speedo having an identical fault?

So basically, what you're saying is, that the motor is cogging. You've already tried a new sensor wire. Now try removing the sensor wire altogether & see what happens.
Sounds like you're running the ESC in the wrong mode. Meaning that, you've either got a sensored motor running in sensorless configuration OR the other way around.

I'll resolder all joints tonight and try again

Also make sure there are no wire strands/solder touching from one terminal to another. (A,B,C)
