Default Plugs from motor to ESC

When you guys are putting a plug in setup on your ESC's for 4 pole and other motors what plugs type are you using. I mean female on ESC and male bullet type with wires on motor so it makes it easy to change motors.

for 1/10th scale motors I use 4MM bullets. For 1/8the scale motors I use 5.5MM (or for Castle motors that come with them, 6.5MM bullets)

Thank you. Any particular ones work best? Gonna be using them in an SCMod with either 4700kv or 3700/3800kv motor.

Castle is among the best I've used. Stay away from Neewer (on eBay or elsewhere) - learn from my mistake.
