Hi all, casual as a hobby with my boy. Had been running Viper VX 4.39 for some time and the ESC has given up the Ghost. Motor still in great condition, but would not have a clue on where to start for new ESC. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

but would also help to know what vehicle you're running it in. short course truck i assume? 2WD or 4wd? that esc will work with both, but if you're only running it in a 2wd truck, you could get away with the cheaper 60a version of that esc.

if you only need it for that truck, then i'd go with the 60a version.

but the other one i linked is more powerful and would give you more flexibility if you wanted to do 4wd SC or 1/8 buggy.

Thanks again for the advice, and I love the $1.99 postage from US I can get to Australia for it. Same item cost $20-30 $AUD more here and postage starts at $20 with same delivery times.....and they ask why we don't buy local.
