I picked up an icharger 308duo and am having an issue I need help with. When I plug in the battery charge leads, it reads connection ok. But as soon as I plug the balance board in, it reads connection error. This happens on both sides. I'm completely new to lipos and this is my first time trying to charge one so not sure what this means. I'm tried 2 different packs and two different power leads/balance cords and same thing. The charger came with two balance boards and I tried both on both sides with the same result. What is the connection error issue?

I think you may be right. I just looked at the original post and saw he had it plugged in like this. I tried it and it is working now.
