On the first attempt to bind my receiver to my radio, the light on the receiver is solid orange. I cannot get it to bind for anything. They are both brand new just taken out of the box. Shouldn't the light on the receiver be flashing? I have the bind plug in the right slot on the receiver. Also, if the receiver pack battery is not fully charged could that be why? I took it right out of the box and connected it to the receiver.

Any thoughts that could help
