Hobbywing EZRUN MAX5

Max5 keeps flashing red fast right after cel count,which means it needs to be calibrated with transmitter but it won't let me get into calibration mode..please help thanks

If it won't start calibration mode, is it plugged into the correct channel and polarity on the rx?
