Default iCharger Lipo Termination Voltage Correction

Just got a used iCharger 208B - $70 shipped off the bay. Coming off a Hitec X4 DC and I am using a Strick converted 47A HP Server PS.

Using the default 4.2V/cell Termination Voltage, my packs are coming off at 4.16v/cell. Question is: is it commonplace to "correct" the Termination Voltage @ Lithium Settings/Termination Voltage to reach your desired Final Voltage of 4.2v/cell? Using the built-in Lipo Monitor to view final charge values.

Looked into Calibration and the charger will both not go into calibration mode (I get a Jun-Si.com with a serial # static display - no 3 beeps) after holding down the 4 buttons and powering up. Also, i have only a basic sperry voltmeter and 2s packs only.

Another approach besides adjusting the termination Voltage is setting the balance speed to slow. Turning balance trickle on should help more.

For balance charging Lithium batteries. If the Bal. Speed is set to Fast, the
CV termination current will be higher, the charging time shorter and the
per-cell voltage lower. When set to Slow, the CV termination current will be
lower, the charging time longer and the per-cell voltage higher. The default
value of Normal is between the Fast and the Slow. If Bal. Trickle is ON, the
iCharger won‘t stop charging until the current falls to around 20mA.
Bal.Speed: Fast, Normal & Slow, (Normal, default).
Bal.Trickle: OFF & ON: (OFF, default)

Thanks Dave. I called ProgressiveRC and the guy I spoke with emphasized this as well, although metioned FPV racing. For my purposes at the track, i will be charging 2c, 3c for the most part.

He (shoot, forgot his name, but very helpful and with great info) mentioned "rebound" as well - which i have noticed when testing a pack today... the voltage starts dropping after pulling off the charger and when the pack is ran, it rebounds up.
