Default lrp flow esc needs repair or set up wrong

I just picked up a used LRP flow esc. I installed it in my SC5m. I performed the set up per instructions I found online from LRP. The leds change colors when I pull the trigger and when I hit the brakes but the motor doesnt turn. I tried another known working motor and same thing. The steering servo works fine.

Is it my set up or does this esc need repair. I sent LRP an email almost to weeks ago and I have not heard back. Where can I send this for repair. My local shop didn't know where to repair this esc.

Thanks

I hate the way that LRP makes you do that weird set up.
I sold both of mine and went Novak. Now,I'll go Castle.
Novak is toast.
I'm sorry that I cannot help. I want to.

I'm assuming you're running 2 cell? Make sure voltage cut-off is set properly. Try different sensor wire? Try re-calibrating radio to ESC. Try this link for service.

Do you have the usb link ? Can you check what software is in the esc that might make a difference in set up .

When you say setup, setup as perimeters Do that last. Do your Calibration as manual describes. After the Calibration everything else will follow. ESC tones or LED's
will tell you when calibration is set.

Thanks Andy, I sent away for an RMA number.
John 27 no I don't have a usb link. I got this used.
Geezec, Yes I calibrated it according to manual, Leds seem to work but motor doesn't turn,

I'll see what comes back from service department, might be easier just to buy new esc.
