Hey everyone,
So I am new to the hobby so this might be a really dumb question. I am trying to get a traxas stampede that I was handed down running again and here is my problem. I am trying to get my futuba remote control to work with a rebel tekin speed control. The problem is that the connector that needs to go into the remote receiver from the speed control isn't the right size. It seems like the right connector but it is too wide. Can I simply cut one of the connectors off a old servo I have and solder it onto the speed controller so that it can plug in? It looks like they are both a 2 wire with 3 pin connector.
Sorry for the long explanation and I appreciate any help!
