Default Problem with brand new Spektrum

Hi guys, my friend recently bought a new Spektrum DX4C radio. After binding and setting everything up, after a few packs the steering died. We tried everything, with another servo, another reciever, another esc, many different configurations and nothing... Steering works but looks very very weak. Another DX4C radio works perfectly on every of these configurations.
Maybe I miss something on the setup of the radio (it's 'default') or is it 100% that it's broken? The problem is the seeler doesn't want to cooperate, he doesn't care, we send the package with the radio and he sent it back claiming everything is OK and works like a dream... I am almost sure he didn't even opened it :/

Here is the video:

Have you send that video to show him the defective unit?

If another radio works good wilth all that stuff you said, and when using the defective you got what you say...its a defective unit.
Video show it!

That's not EPA or trims thing...Also make sure the ESC BEC is rocking good.

Send a mail to Spektrum / Horizon Hobby showing the video... They are awesome in warranty. At least that's the experience i got from them. And only because of that i still buy their products.

My last ZTW 220a esc smoked for no reason and i got no warranty whatsover, including invoices and warranty cards to play with my monkey....
Have to say that even emails on ZTW webmails are fake! Scams....

Hmm, check your Expo values and make sure they are 0%.
Also did you try and rebind with a different model memory selected just to make sure that you are using the default settings?
