Default Servo gears compatibility thread

Previous week I've been working on more servos I received, some had bad motors others bad gears.

It's harder to try and match motors because they have the pinion attached but gears on the other hand...

I will start by:

Tower Pro 995 and Hitec MG615, first idler is compatible, more gears possibly.

I'm bumping a thread because my search results (and I tried several ways to looks for what I need.)

I have a couple of these Orion Servos that need gears.

Sadly, the replacement gearsets are $50 (and for a couple bucks more, I can buy a new servo) But wondering if anyone has any idea, or has experience with ORION servos and what they might be based on. *They might have gotten cheaper, but at last look...
