I have a 4010 that is about 6 months old and have had a few problems that I wonder if anyone else has come across.

1. I think this only happened once when I first got it but the second channel would not charge beyond around .5a. I was using a Lipo preset that was set to charge at 10a and it worked fine on channel 1 but channel 2 would never go past ~.5. A reboot of the charger fixed this.

2. Several times I have had an output connection error, can't remember the exact error message but essentially it acted like I didn't have a battery connected. Pretty sure this happened on both channels when it has happened. Roboot fixed this as well.

3. Last race day the charger completely locked up and was not responsive to any buttons. This happened during a charge cycle and I noticed it when I was looking to see if my batter's were charged.

I bought this charger new but not from Progressive. It was from an Ebay seller that appears to be a reputable hobby shop so I don't really have any reason to believe its a counterfeit charger but I also don't know who to contact if I end up needing service.
