Tekin Hotwire WILL NOT operate. Simply keeps telling me that it's not recognizing that it's plugged in or just does nothing. Light come on but nothing happens. Tried on both windows 8 as well as 7. Tried the gen 2(tekin rx8) as well as gen 1 (tekin rs)

Are you plugging just the Hotwire into computer without the ESC plugged in too?

No but I've tried that and it won't work either

I've had issues with it being finicky before but I have always been able to get it to connect eventually. You might hit up Randy Pike on fb if you have access.

Make sure your hotwire is plugged in tight to the usb adapter. TIGHT.. it will click when it is seated properly
