I'm trying to connect skyrc D100 with PC. After installed the Chargermaster 3.02, then connected the charger with PC using USB cable. Open the software, then press Start at the Charge page, saying "USB connection ERROR" and the left lower area showing "Not connected".
Have tried the charger with DC input and no DC input, still the same result. Also reboot the computer and tried on another computer but still no luck. I'm using win7 32 and 64bit. Any idea? I couldn't find the procedure on how to connect the Chargermaster with skyrc charger. In their manual, they just saying what can be done in the pc software but no connection instruction. Am I missed something?

I have absolutely no experience with SkyRC chargers, but maybe try to open the software first and then connect usb.
Maybe this works.
Could also be a faulty usb cable. For instance, some of my knock-off cheap micro usb cable will not charge my phone, however they are able to connect and charge other devices without any problem. When I use an original Samsung cable to charge my phone, everything goes well. So could also be your usb cable. It is worth trying different ones, if there is no other cause of your problems.

Thank you all
Govert: I have tried both methods, connect the usd first then open program. Unplug usb then reboot then open program then connect usb. Still no connection.
otaku521: I tried 2 different usb cables. They are all able to transfer data.
Geezatec: I checked the "System setting" there is no such USB on/off. It seems the USB can't be select enable/disable.
One thing I want to know, should I connect the charger with 12v dc input for connecting pc?
Any idea, why this is not working? I have tried this charger in 3 different computers and still not able to connect.
