Default Lipo charged BUT ........

won't work . At the track today and one of the packs would not work. The car steering would turn BUT not throttle. Checked voltage and it was charged @ 8.44. All other packs would work except this one. I'm sure one of you would know , Thanks

If you swapped to another pack everything was working fine though?

Has to be something in the battery connector. Not making proper contact when plugged into ESC.

Yeah I switched to all my packs and everyone works except this one. I tested to see if the esc would cut off while I wiggled connector and it stayed on. Steering works fine just no throttle. So I was curious if it could have voltage but no amperage / watts or if this is possible. No big deal I have plenty of packs etc just curious for my own knoledge

No it sounds like it's hitting LVC and allowing the steering to work through the BEC but not the throttle, but if you said the voltage is good then this is definitely odd...

How old is the pack? It may have aged beyond its useful life. You should measure internal resistance and compare it to your other packs.

I did measure the IR and its like the others , the pack is only about 8 monthes old and I always take very good care of them. Im just going to dispose of it. Just seemed weird to me because all the numbers on the pack show its ok.. Anyways Thanks for the help.

Don't dispose of it. Burn it, shoot it, puncture it, crush it, or Blow it up. And don't forget the video

Tough luck... How many Amps can you discharge it at with the charger?

If it is not too late to ask, what connectors are you running, if you are using deans style but picked up some knock offs they will do that to you.

My charger will discharge at 5 Amps , They are deans plugs and not the knockoffs.
