The 4010 is limited to 65A input current, so to reach full output power capacity you need a 24V PS. However for most practical charging situations the linked one would be enough; with simple parallel charging 4 2s 5000mAh lipos will be ready from empty in about 30 minutes. Do you need to be faster?

That might be fast enough. I charge at least 40 or more packs on any given race night. I have a lot of people that don't own chargers that come to our track. I have 2 of the hitec 4x chargers going at all times with all 8 channels running. I also charge for the tracks rental cars, which keeps one full just for that, and have people waiting. It's taking about 45min to an hour now for each pack, and making for a long night. Considering we race oval and our races are only 5 minutes, there is a lot of down time waiting for packs to charge.
