Default Muchmore fleta pro

Hi guys i just installed this into my car but for some reason the LED won't blink. I have Blinky v1.30 firmware on the ESC atm and when hooked up to computer/program card both the boost and turbo is zero.

The LED is just solid green in neutral mode and under full throttle, red and green LED is both solid. At part throttle, all LED's are off.

I have tried recalibrating and resetting the ESC to default and then doing it all over again but the LED still isn't blinking..

To top it off it seems the Fleta PRO isn't even ROAR approved for blinky racing and that only V1.10 software is approved under BRCA?

I don't see any Muchmore ESCs on the ROAR non-timing ESC list.

It seems strange to me that muchmore wouldn't submit their flagship esc for ROAR approval...
