if there's enough lead you can solder a new one back on. We sell the part by itself.

Run without the switch. Just make sure you don't cross the streams.

Randy told me no, I guess its the weight of the truck more than the motor used they are worried about. With the Orion you can run basically what ever motor you want but good luck keeping a fan on it, Personally I went back to a Rx8 Gen2 in my Pro4, other than having to replace the case on occasion they have been solid for me and the footprint is a little larger with the RX8 but they are very light for a 1/8 scale ESC.

No, it's going to be too heavy. The Rx8 dominates this class for a reason, they never thermal.

4wd SC is the highest load in r/c racing right now, don't take it for granted and try to run something that's on the edge.

Would it be safe to run 17.5 blinky in 2wd S.C. truck with out any issues using the RSX?

Considering that I've done that with an older Gen 1 RS(not the RS Pro) & had no problems whatsoever, I'd think the RSX should handle that just fine....

The only 1/10 size ESC I have seen that can handle a 4wd SCT without getting too unhappy is the Hobbywing V2 (sensorless only though) and the Dualsky XC870TF (Small but chuck it in blinky mode and it'll run a 4wd sct all day.

Wondering cause instructions say something about a 5# weight limit. Truck weighs just about that race ready.

I hadn't heard about anything on weight limits(but then again, I never weighed my Associated FT SC10 when I was racing it), but I'd still think if a gen 1 RS(non-pro) can handle it with a 17.5, then the RSX certainly should(but I've been wrong before).....
