Is anyone else getting advertisements and virus warnings on this site? They take over the Internet browser, so I have to shut it down. I'm on a Droid phone. This only happens on this site. Never on any other one

2 cell LiFe batteries are 6.6 volts nominal. Nothing wrong. A LiFe will not charge up to 7.2 volts unless you force it which you don't want to do.

Are you sure? a fully charged Lipo is 8.4v and Heres what google says and my charger also says 7.2 is full charge for a life battery "This is referred to as a “2S” pack, meaning two cells in series. Each LiFe cell has a NOMINAL voltage of 3.3V. A fully charged LiFe cell is 3.6V, and a fully depleted LiFe cell is 2.5V. Most LiFe chargers and balancing equipment are based using a battery's nominal voltage rating as a parameter."

Yeah it'll read higher voltage due to max charge for a few runs. The Life will then settle at about 6.6 volts for a time. When it starts to drop to, say, 6.2 volts, you only have minutes, maybe seconds, before the TX will go into low voltage shutdown.

LiFe don't drop voltage like Lipos. They ride at 6.6 volts begin to drop and then crash. Normal for LiFe.

Yeah but fresh from the charger it reads 6.6 when its really at 7.2, No big deal though just gonna turn the alarm volts down

Default Boost button question?

Let's say I want to run my electric car at 50% motor speed through the turns. Can I setup Sw3 in push button mode, so when I push it, I get 100% motor speed for the straightaway. As soon as I let go of Sw3 motor speed goes back to 50%. Something like a boost or electric NOS buttom.

Im not sure about it only working when pressed but you could make a race mode profile with full epa and one with 50. It would be a toggle button though

Yes, Its similar to sub trim and trim. EPA being sub trim and d/r being trim. Your dual rate is a percentage of your epa so you should set your epas to the max steering and braking but if you want to turn it down use dual rate cause its easier and you know what percentage it is

Also D/R affects both left and right equally, while EPA has to be set separately.
