Default Brushless Motors

Can someone explain what a 1s motor is as well as a short stack. Any benefits in 1/10th off road buggy...I did do a search but came up with nothing...thanks.

A 1s motor is designed to run off a 1 cell battery (3.7v).

A short (Shorty) pack is a battery that is about 3/4 of the size of a full pack.

Guessing a little, this thread may be of interest. I think short stack refers to the motor design, not a shorty lipo pack.

Opps I miss read the stack which was referring to the stator.
