Default "Non-Timed ESC"?

Hey!
Building my first 4wd buggy to run spec 13.5 stock at my local track. Im wanting to keep everything ROAR legal, and the rules say you can use any "non-timed" ESC. Im new to all this stuff, so Im not sure what it means, and how to tell before buying one. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Brandon

If it's on this list, it's legal.

Many of these speedos are capable of boost so you will need to put it in "blinky" mode.
