I have been searching for reviews on these products seems all the info I could find was very out date.

Was thinking of grabbing one of these for my Arrma KRaton.

My cousin got one for his Tamiya truggy and it was really nice at first, seemed strong and fast. Either the first or second pack through the truck, a crash snapped a bunch of gear teeth and broke a couple of the pins holding the gears. A $25 Hobbyking servo has been holding up better, the performance isn't as good as the Power servo but at least it survives (including a 30mph direct smash into a car's wheel that ruined the entire front end but the cheap servo was fine).

I tried the 1217mg. They were okay, but $55. The high end Storm brushless servos are good, but $80+. The cheaper stuff as mentioned above isn't good.
