Questions?? Accidentally interrupted Lipo Battery Balance charge

So I've been trying to charge my 3s 11.1v 2200 mAh Lipo Battery with the IMax B6 Charger/Balancer. I know I had all the settings set correctly, however hearing all the fires and problems people have with Lipo Batterys I decided I should take an extra cautious, even paranoid approach. Anyway, all the settings were correct and I started charging, so far so good, I went back to the battery every 5-15 min to check if it, the power supply or the charger was getting warm and to check the levels of the individual cells.
However as I was doing this I accidentally stopped the charging Process...
What now? Can I start the process over again? Is the Battery slightly charged? If I start it over will it stop when It reaches 2200mAh? Will the charger account for the Approx. 800mAh that are already on the Battery?

Thanks for the help and I'm sorry, these questions are probably really stupid, but I'm new to this and don't want to burn my house down

Yes, you're just fine. Your charger doesn't go by elapsed time, it will sense peak charge. But no harm asking, better safe than sorry.

Thanks!
So what happens if I half charge a battery and then stop, without starting again?

Stopping the charge or half charging won't hurt anything.

You just never want to over discharge the battery by running it too low. That's why ESC's have lipo cutoff to protect the battery from dropping too low.

Personally, I would always try to balance charge the pack to full each time. But if you happen to pull it off early, don't worry, it won't hurt anything.

Great, Thanks for the Help
One more quick question, If I want to store 2200mAh 3cell 11.1v Lipo what setting should I use? (options range from 0.1A - 1.0A)

1.0a is fine and still low for a 2200mah. 1c is usually considered max charge rate for generic batteries which would be 2.2a for a 2200mah so even at your max 1.0a you're still charging it less than half of the min for safety. Recommend getting a charger thatll charge at 3a at least. Quality batteries can do 2x,5x some even 10c which on a 2000mah would be 20amp charge. I've charged my 2200mahs at 3a frequently even though they say 1c (2.2a)
