Default looking for a new charger and power

I am looking to upgrade my hitec X4 to something that will charge 4s quicker then an hour. Looking for suggestions.

question that will help with people's thoughts
which x4? the ac/dc or the dc?
and do you already have a power supply and if so what is its volt and amp capability?

find a charger that is at least 150-200W

how much you want to spend?

I've felt that going past 2/3S lipo's and you want the option for fast charging, a DC charger with a separate power supply is in order. But you get what you want and can afford I guess.

And how are you charging a 4S with a 50W charger in a hour? Doesn't seem possible.

I would go with a charger with higher amps like this

It has a max wattage of only 150W, but you can charge 4s battery at 13+ amps which will yield a slightly faster charge time.

Dead as in 3.0V? Or as in a normal 3.4/3.5V cutoff? A 3A charge for a 5000(?)Mah lipo from cutoff should still take more than an hour to charge..... unless you're using a "fast" charge or something?

How do you figure that with a 150W PS?

8, maybe 9A at best....
