question that will help with people's thoughts
which x4? the ac/dc or the dc?
and do you already have a power supply and if so what is its volt and amp capability?

I've felt that going past 2/3S lipo's and you want the option for fast charging, a DC charger with a separate power supply is in order. But you get what you want and can afford I guess.
And how are you charging a 4S with a 50W charger in a hour? Doesn't seem possible.

I would go with a charger with higher amps like this
http://www.amain.com/hyperion-eos-07...a-150w/p183294
It has a max wattage of only 150W, but you can charge 4s battery at 13+ amps which will yield a slightly faster charge time.
