I know that the MT4s is cheaper but I heard that it share the same software as M12 !
So...what will I get from the M12 that I don't in MT4s?
Thanks guys

Just for experimenting, my son (10 year old) have used my M12 for a couple of training nights. He says that he can not feel a difference. Not even the higher weight of the M12 bothers him, but he only runs max. 7 min., so....
Unless you are a top level driver, I don't think the M12 offers you anything more than the MT-4S.
I only have the M12 because I drive left handed, and the MT-4S cannot be changed to accommodate left hand use.
The only negative thing to say about the MT-4S, and of course it is a subjective matter, I think it looks rather cheap in the plastics, not fragile, it feels solid enough, but just that it looks a little cheap.
But that can be said about the M12 also, considering the price you pay, the M12 also look a little cheap on the plastics and general finish. Guess Futaba and Ko Propo are superior in that category.

One thing to consider is are you racing nitro? If you are I'd go for the mt4-s as the M12 will get heavy after a long main. I have an M11 and it would get heavy during a 30-40 minute main race.

I can tell you from my experience with my MT 4, that it is so light weight that I have to look down to be sure I am still holding it. I don't think the case is cheap but it does scratch real easy. I saw a guy at a track I go to recently with an M12 and the case was scratched really bad. I asked him about it and he said that happened because he has tendency to lay it on down on the bench and move it with out picking it up. I think you cant go wrong the MT4 or the new s. You can also adjust the trigger and the steering wheel tension. The MT 4 doesnt have a backlight which in my opinion you dont need but give it a whirl.

I'm racing e buggy and 4x sc. The main is only 6 minutes and I really like all the ergonomic adjustments on the M12 specially the angle of the wheel which I don't think the MT4s has. Unless I'm incorrect!

Thanks for all your replies.
I went with the M12 just for ergonomic reasons alone. Tried it out yesterday and only took a few laps to get use to it....lots smoother than my old Dx3r pro !!
Still lots to learn and read about the bells/whistle !!!!
