Default Normal IR for 2s lipo

I have some lipos that are getting some age to them and I'm wondering what most people are seeing for resistance in there 2s packs.

I have some SMC that are in the 4-8 range, and some older Skys that are in the 50+ range.

I have a couple of 2s 5600 mah 50c Turnigy Nano-Techs and a 2s 7000 mah 55c Gens Ace, and my iCharger shows a resistance of 2 on each cell.

Wow 2 is low. I have some gens aces that are 3 years old and 400 cycles that show 8-18 depending on the charge. The 2 one year old track power shorty,s that are the same. I'm just trying to determine if the gems aces are still good of the track powers are bad for there age.

Be careful comparing IR for different batteries if different equipment is used to make the measurement. There is no single accepted test method to determine IR, and using a different test method will change the result significantly.

Just to be clear, my iCharger 106B+ / 1010B+ shows a resistance of 2 on each cell.

If others are talking about a resistance of e.g. 4 for their pack, do they mean 4 on each cell or 4 in total?

If in total, then my packs internal resistance are 4.

According to my Powerlabs PL6, all my 2S/4S/5S Turnigys are well below 2.0 per cell by the time they are charged....usually 1.6/1.7Ω. My oldest Turnigy (non Nanotech) is a little higher but below 2.0.

The lone Traxxas 3S I have shows almost 3.0Ω.....pos.
