Default Stacking 2S lipos

Howdy folks,

What connectors are you using when stacking qty2 2S hard cases together in series for 4S?

Specifically about how some guys were punching through the hard case and running a bullet directly from battery to battery instead of a jumper wire.

Thanks!

Anything that involves "punching thru" a lipo case SOUNDS and IS Dangerous.

I think most people using 2 batteries in series (or is it Parallel) use a jumper.
For Ease, I would think turning the batteries on their side and running the battery leads out would be the easiest. I would look for the LOW PROFILE bullet connectors and then perhaps cover them with Elec. tape to protect from shorting.

vs This style:

(Thanks google)

Yeah, through bullets.
Found a pic. What is that long male/male bullet connector? Photo from Cain.

for anyone else reading this, if you don't have that kind of a connector but want to hook 2 batteries together, the easiest way is to make a connector or buy one. castle makes parallel or series connectors.
I bought one just because it's the same price as buying all the separate materials. and i didn't have to solder it all up.
it uses deans connectors and 10awg castle wire

also keep in mind when you do this type of thing both batteries have to be the EXACT SAME. type, voltage, mah, C, and manufacture.
