Default Tekin HW blinky setup

There are 2 blinky options on the hw setup page. Which 1 should I use? What is the difference?

Thank you

There is regular blinky and there is locked blinky which can't be changed by the buttons on the esc, you have to hook it up to change it. Most people just use regular blinky but some tracks insist on locked. No performance difference.

Ok so my question is on my tekin spec esc it shows its in locked mode.....When I try to hook up hotwire and go into timing screen to switch to regular blinky the "page " is blank. Also I noticed when I click on my tekin icon to open hotwire it says " your esc contains software that isn't compatible with this hotwire....is these two issues related and how do I solve ????

The spec esc has no timing mode so of course the timing screen is blank. As for the error, I have no idea.
