I've always used 30amp down to .9 and the 5amp to .7 before charging

You can contact James @ Much More USA. Last time I talked with him, he had a few "upgrade" kits available.

Just curious for you CtxD users.. Anyone out there use the spintec ICC and this unit... Seems like Ive got a backwards combo.. because the poliarty differences between the 2 units is causing me greif.. when I orient the cells so they fit in the spintec ICC they are then oriented backwards for use in the CTX-d v2.. basically my battery bar tabs would need to face downwards.. has anyone gotten around this..?? I was thinking of doing a little grinding on the top plate so that the bars would slide down inside the unit... In looking at the MM unit as long as I ke my tab legnth short it should not interfere with anything.. Just curious what others are doing as Im sure Im not the only one who has both of these products..

I have both items but don't have same problem as you described it.
To be sure that I wont have any problem I try to solder female corallys in the center of the battery.
So, when I need to put a battery to spintec I just flip it.

Thumbs up

DODGEGUY.. YES Ive updated it to 1.6.. seems to work a little better than 1.5B... Ive not had any issues so far>> Crossing fingers..

Nick : Im not using corally connectors...I was trying not to switch .. Im using battery bars... After talking to others I found out I just need to bend the bar over closely and orient it so the battery fits in.. Im going to try that tonight..

Packs will fit upside-down in the D2 perfectly when you cut your end bars and keep them low to the battery. The D1 had a little more space, so this was not neccessary.
Also, you could use MuchMore's "premium series" end bars...they are very low-profile and fit in the CTX-D2 perfectly:

i was using my friend's ctx-d recently - my routine was after a run, pulse discharge to 0.9v per cell, sometimes i'd linear discharge after that.

when reviewing the pulse discharge data, i notice that it does not give average voltage info... does anyone know if the v2 does?

i run 19t, not mod so the run time is not as important to me as voltage...

Does he do this full time? He does not seem to reply to emails very quickly. He has the updates. But has yet to send me the address to ship the unit to.
