Default Savox making twitching sounds, help!

Hi Guys, pciked up some second hand savox servos, an SC-1267SG for the steering on my 1/8 onroad and it is twitching wherever it sits. You cant see it moving but there a the noises coming from it saying it is not just sitting still. What can be doing this? is it no good? Thank you for the help.

If it is not moving, are centered correctly and otherwise operates normally, I would guess that the noise is just the normal buzzing that most digital servos are emitting when centered (trying constantly to center due to the high resolution).

My Savox servos does the same. Sometimes I can make the buzzing stop if I lift the front wheel off the ground.
