Default Replacing the case on the Futaba S9452

I need help replacing the case on my servo. I had bought it to put in a f1 chassis. I cut the ears off. But since then I have taken it out of the f1 and bought the replacement case for it. I can get it back together gears and all but when I get the servo horn on. Its binding up and super hard for it to turn.

I havent been able to find any pictures of this servo. Opened up to see how the gears are installed.

Wanted to know if anyone else has had, or is having the same trouble as me

Some servos have a certain gear reduction that makes them abnormally hard to turn by hand. If it works like it should when powered on, and doesn't seem to be overly stressing, then I would think its fine.
