Default lipo charging for storage question

Hey guys if I have 2 lipos the same brand and capacity 4s 5800. If charge them both from storage on the same charger and one takes 3000mah and other takes 3800mah which one is better? Many thanks for ur replies in advance.

I'd vote for the 3800mAh being in better condition, if they both started at the same voltage.

Do they both hold 4.2v per cell ok at full charge? The 3800 charge will probably have slightly longer runtime but packs discharge at different rates. It may simply be the the 3800 charge pack can maintain voltage for longer than the 3000 but runtimes may be very similar.
