Default Want to verify PSU question

Just ordered a couple dell 2850 off ebay and need to float dc ground. Looks straight forward, isolate the PCB from chassis with nylon spacers and screws. Disconnect DC ground wire going to chassis.

Only do this on one unit. When this is done, it is safe for chassis to touch I presume ? I'll most likely put something between the psu as extra precaution.

Will need to find diagram for connections for 12v and fan speed, have seen it on here before.

Am I missing anything ?
Lthanks
