This picture shows the lipo charging and its put 57mah of charge in the battery that was already at 8.4v. I set the capacity cutoff at 100mah because the battery is already charged.

This picture shows the charger has cutoff and says CAPA because it has reached its programed capacity of 100mah showed in the lower right side of the screen.

So if its already charged to 8.4v why did the charger supposedly put 100mah into the battery?
again like was mentioned; notice the amperage between the two photos. top one show 1.5a and bottom is 0. your charger had not reached is amperage during its cycle. once its got its peak volts the amps cycle down to 0 then charge is complete.

EDIT
and i just tried again to find "cap cutoff" in lipo balance mode and there is no option to change the cutoff.
Did you see the pictures of CAPA cutoff in lipo mode? Did you figure out how to change it? If not, I can walk you thru it.
