Default ProTek R/C "Prodigy 620 DUO" Balancing Problems

Any ideas what else the problem could be? I've replaced all the cables, new balance board and still the same issue. This is the third charger A Main has replaced. Charging is fine but it will not balance.

Below is a video.

Mine was just doing the same thing. I had the balance plug plugged in backwards into the charger! Doh! It's tough to tell from the vid but make sure you line up the black - wire on the board with the - symbol on the actual charger

Wow..can't believe I missed that. I thought it went in 'one direction' only because of how the prongs were positioned in the charger. (ie prongs were positioned low on charger, so I automatically thought I had use the lower part of the adapter since the pins were lined on the bottom)

Thanks

Yep definitely a design flaw!
