I would say they're dying. They shouldn't be that far out of balance.

Age has much less to do with Lipo life than how you treat them does.

can you balance them? i had batteries that were more off than that (cuz i forgot it in the car, and so it sat there charged for a week or so). I balanced it, and it then never strayed out of balance again.

Not familiar with how the resistance values from that charger compare to others, but at first glance a resistance value of 146mΩ is very high.

The balance is really far of, but before you discard them check your charge/balance cables.
I once had a balance cable that had one of the connectors being pushed back a bit, making a bad connection. All of a sudden I had three packs go "bad", and some were still good.

It looks like the charger is displaying the total resistance, obviously not each individual cell.
Regardless, 146mΩ is very high. My yr old nanotechs show 1.9 - 2.2mΩ on each cell.
They say between 2 and 10mΩ per cell is good..

True. Once individual cells go over 20, it's pretty much done.

Well saddles seem legit, they are the same weight as a stick pack
