Default How to replace the can bear on a reedy sonic mach2

I have a gritty bearing I want to replace. I tried to tap it out, with no luck. Anyone replaced these?

I had the same issue on my Tekin SCX4 and I ended up heating the end cap with a heat gun and then tapped it out. Same thing with stubburn nitro motor bearings. The aluminum expands more than the steel, so it will loosen up enough to tap it out. Use the same method to install them if you need too.
