Default Help Pls!!! Turnigy TrackStar 120 A Turbo

Hey Can someone tell me how to reverse the rotation of my motor. I have the program card and it only has the reverse feature for the waterproof esc. Is there a way to safely change the direction of the motor.

If you are using the program card, it is not an option.
The card has 8 options, the ESC has 9. 9 is the motor reverse option.

I hate programming that ESC, you have to click no,no,no, etc 400 times before you get to the Yes part. LOL.
